Your order has been packaged and inspected carefully.. However, should something not be to your liking, do you have questions or suggestions? Do not hesitate to contact us!

RIGHT OF RETURN

As our customers you have the right to return goods within 14 days of delivery. We will refund the paid amount for the goods to your bank account. Excepted from this are items which have been specifically made to order, products which were ordered from the supplier on demand (products with a delivery time), products purchased at a reduced price (Sale) or products which are unsuitable for return due to their nature. The delivered goods must be returned intact, functioning, unused and in undamaged original packaging. The packaging shall not be directly used as dispatch parcel.
