Airsoft AEG

The AEG system (Automatic Electric Gun) is the most widespread and used in the airsoft field. Not least because it is very user friendly and inexpensive to maintain. For AEGs also the largest number of spare parts and accessories are available.

Products in this category are electric weapons which are operated by rechargeable batteries. Inside the AEGs, there is a so-called gear box which is driven by a motor. In a cylinder air is compressed and while firing ejected into the barrel which propells the projectile.

Most models are made of metal and some even from steel and with real wood attachments. The materials used in each case are noted in the product name and the product description. In order to achieve a greater degree of authenticity, some newer models have a so-called blow back function in which the bolt opens and closes again with each shot.

Cheaper models are often shipped from the factory with battery and charger but we advise against using these chargers because they are low quality and can damage the battery. BBs must be purchased separately in any case.
