The piston combines a lightweight polymer body with a single steel tooth, keeping overall weight low while still giving the sector gear a durable, reliable point of engagement. The reduced mass allows a higher cyclic rate without sacrificing the strength of the tooth.

Fits standard Version 2 and 3 gearboxes

The piston is built for Version 2 and Version 3 gearboxes and replaces the standard plastic piston as part of an AEG drivetrain tune-up.
