Pre-built complete gearbox for the G&D DTW M4/M16 platform

This gearbox is the ready-assembled drive unit for Airsoft replicas built on G&D's own DTW M4/M16 system. Instead of sourcing and fitting gears, piston, spring and wiring separately, G&D supplies a unit that is already shimmed, timed and wired, ready to drop straight into the DTW shell. The housing holds every drive component in a tight, matched fit, which is why the finished set runs noticeably more consistently than a hand-built one.

Construction and materials

The set is built entirely from metal and arrives ready for installation: the gear set, piston and cylinder assembly and spring are already fitted, and the wiring harness is pre-terminated for a direct connection to the shell.
