This latch stops the gear train from spinning backward once the motor cuts out after each shot, protecting the gears and motor from unnecessary wear. Its chrome-molybdenum steel shaft works against a sintered-metal latch element that stays self-lubricating thanks to its porous structure.
It replaces the factory anti-reversal latch in Version 6 gearboxes.
